GREAT THINGS ARE HAPPENING IN FOUNTAIN SQUARE! Join the Fountain Square Merchants Association and be a part of the promotions and advertising. Annual membership dues are payable on January 1, 2010. Please update this form with all of your current business information and include it with your payment. $95 Membership includes: 2009 Membership dues, your business information in the FSMA brochure, listing in the directory of the www.discoverfountainsquare.com website with a web page that will include two photographs, description, and contact information with links to your email address and website. Please fill out this form with all of your current business information and include it with your payment. Not for Profit Membership: Membership is available at no cost to organizations registered by the state as a not for profit. This non voting membership includes your organizations information in the FSMA brochure, listing in the directory of the DiscoverFountainSquare.com website with a web page that will include two photographs, description, and contact information with links to your email address and website. You must submit a new application each year - this ensures that we have current information! Are you an artist that lives and/or works in Fountain Square? Then join the Fountain Square Merchants Association! Artist Membership: Membership is available to individual artists living or working within the Fountain Square Merchants Associaion boundaries. Artist Membership fees have been waived for 2010 (that means it is FREE!)
