The University of Indianapolis and Southeast Neighborhood Development (SEND) have formed a partnership to provide on-site programs and courses at the Wheeler Arts Community.

The 60,000-square-foot building, formerly a vacant factory, has been completely renovated into an artists’ residence and U of I community arts and service center – complete with classrooms, office space, 36 living/working studio lofts for artists, and a theater.
